Hey guys. The Austin show for the 19th has been postponed due to tragedy in the promoter’s family. We will keep you posted regarding a rescheduling, but as for now, our thoughts and condolences are extended to all those affected by this tragic incident. Everyone’s understanding is much appreciated, Carl.
Happy New Year! Hope we all have a great one ahead. Thanks for all your support over the last one. Hope you all had a great holiday season as well. This one wrapped up an interesting one for us. Ended up in Alaska for the final shows. Temperature in Fairbanks was minus 26 degrees. That was a trip. You could throw a cup of boiling water into the air and it would turn into a snow like vapor before it hit the ground. Believe me … we tried it! At least we saw the northern lights and had some of the freshest seafood I think we’ve ever had. All in all it was a good time … and now I personally can say I’ve played in all 50 states for what it’s worth! Seriously, it was really fun and beautiful up there. Thanks for all your support on the last tour in all the states and look to seeing you guys in ’08. Carl.

Yo, just wanted to say thanks for the radio stations who’ve been doing promo work with us this past week. Rock 108 had “Roadie for a Day” in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Tracy was the … ugh … “lucky” winner … if you consider carrying gear up and down snowy stairs lucky. She was great and really helped all day as well as did some guitar handoffs during the show. Thanks to Rock 108 and Tracy. You guys were great. Also, we just played Austin’s Fuel Room in Libertyville, Illinois where they, along with 95 Will Rock did a promotion when we were trying to find a new lead singer where they held their own auditions and sent the winner to LA for us to hear. The winning contestant they sent was really a contender as well. Also, they held a sound check party with us and we had fun with the winners as we let them come up on stage and play drums and guitar and whatever they wanted to do during soundcheck. It was a cool time. Thanks as well to Steve from Will Rock and Mark the owner of Austin’s for being so gracious to us.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Hope you and yours are all enjoying the day.
As I gaze at a bowl of chips, Carl brings up the fact that vocalist Toryn Green and drummer Tommy Stewart are both health nuts. In fact, Tommy might even be a dietitian and works out pretty frequently.

Hope you all caught the LA Ink show, and Toryn is set to sing the National Anthem for NASCAR. The tour has been going great as well. If you haven’t caught a show, check the websites and find one in your area. New dates are being added constantly. Just played a festival in Houston with Chris Cornell and he and the band were amazing. I sat out front the entire show and was blown away. Chris didn’t shy away from any notes and was spot on. I was watching the band and thinking how good they were, and later at a party backstage, ran into the guitar player. It was Yogi, from old Buckcherry days. We reminisced about past touring days and was great to see him. He was great as always. Anyway, thanks as always to all of you who’ve made it out to the shows, to all of you who support what we are doing here, and hope to see you all soon somewhere out there, thanks, Carl.
